Rest assured, the main house is fully fenced, and the dogs do not have access to the casita area. Also, this casita itself is not fenced, so if you’re bringing pets, we recommend keeping them supervised. • There is a fire pit on the property; however, its use is not permitted due to local fire safety regulations and wildfire risk. • For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring security cameras located at the front door, above the driveway, and above the stairs facing outward over the carport and main driveway. All cameras are exterior-facing only and are in place to help ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests. •Delivery Instructions: Deliveries are welcome! To ensure smooth drop-offs, please leave clear instructions for drivers regarding the location of the casita door. This helps packages reach you quickly and safely. •Parking Information: Please note that the carport is reserved for the owners. You are welcome to use our spacious driveway, which offers plenty of room for multiple vehicles.
