We had a wonderful stay at Terracotta Cove while celebrating our anniversary. The house was exactly as described; beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. From the moment we booked, Marissa, Jason, and Ursula were incredibly communicative and helpful. They provided a detailed guidebook with everything we needed, including check-in information, local recommendations, and house instructions. The property was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing getaway. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Check-in and checkout were both seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway!
Beautiful sunsets! Positive: The sunsets by the fire pit were beautiful! The hot tub was very clean and spacious in a nice private area. The house was inviting and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the location, which is centrally located to both Sedona and Cottonwood. It was nice to not be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Sedona.
Marissa and Jason’s place was amazing and beautiful. Their place is exactly like their pictures and the location was very peaceful. The hot tub and star gazing was also an awesome set up we got to utilize. The rooms and beds were comfortable and very clean. They had all the amenities needed and it’s also listed in their description so that was helpful as well. They quickly responded to any questions we had and made sure to stay in touch. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to stay here.
