If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees. ★ HOT TUB USAGE INSTRUCTIONS ★ One of the house's best features is enjoying the views from the tranquil deck with the luxury hot tub. Instructions on using the Hot Tub are provided in the HOUSE MANUAL, and you will receive a video upon booking. Our cleaners clean the hot tub after every stay. We just ask that you please put the lid back on the hot tub after use and follow the hot tub protocol listed in the manual. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM. ★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★ We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments).
