Please note, our neighbor does have an ultrasonic pest control machine outside that is sometimes turned on. It can be a constant noise that sounds similar to crickets to keep away snakes, rats and other animals.

Surrounded by the red rocks of Sedona to the northeast and Mingus Mountain to the southwest, its lower elevation makes it a perfect spot for your next Arizona adventure.

This prime location offers a perfect getaway that allows quick access to top restaurants, shops, attractions, and landmarks. Golfers will love that the open golf course is just across the street.

Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation. They’ll enjoy and run around the spacious outdoor area while you relax in the hot tub. The Pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

★ HOT TUB USAGE INSTRUCTIONS ★
One of the house's best features is enjoying the views from the tranquil deck with the luxury hot tub. Instructions on using the Hot Tub are provided in the HOUSE MANUAL, and you will receive a video upon booking.

Our cleaners clean the hot tub after every stay. We just ask that you please put the lid back on the hot tub after use and follow the hot tub protocol listed in the manual.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
