Please note: This home is part of a duplex-style property, with each side operating as a separate, private rental. You'll have your own dedicated entrance, private yard space, and plenty of privacy. The only shared spaces are the hot tub and laundry room.

If you wish to use these facilities on other days, we kindly request that you book in advance. This allows us to coordinate with guests in the other unit, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Good stay here. On the outskirts of town but still close by (we found a great coffee shop a 5-min drive away). House is comfortable and clean. The backyard is huge and was a great spot for a dog. We had a couple hiccups checking in (our fault), but Mike and team were highly responsive and friendly, and helped solve the matter in no time.

This was a wonderful spot just outside of town. All the amenities were available to us. Old town Cottonwood was Adorable. Jerome and some of the ruins around Cottonwood were worth seeing. And it was a nice drive into Sedona where we spent most of our time. It was nice to come back and soak in the hot tub put some steaks on the grill, chill by the fire and look at the stars. Wonderful place. Highly recommend the stay. Thank you so much.
