This spacious 800 sq. ft. home offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a relaxing getaway. With a spacious living area perfect for unwinding and an inviting outdoor space to enjoy the Arizona sunshine, this house accommodates up to 4 guests with ease. Whether you're here to explore nearby vineyards, outdoor adventures, or just relax, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay!

Please note: This home is part of a duplex-style property, with each side operating as a separate, private rental. You'll have your own dedicated entrance, private yard space, and plenty of privacy. The only shared spaces are the hot tub and laundry room.

The living area is your go-to spot for relaxation, with a cozy sofa and smart TV—perfect for catching up with friends and family or enjoying an epic movie marathon!

★ SHARED FACILITIES ★
We strive to provide all our guests with a seamless and considerate experience.

**FOR LAUNDRY, access is available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday during the designated times of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, allowing flexibility for different schedules.

**FOR THE HOT TUB, access is also available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM onwards.

If you wish to use these facilities on other days, we kindly request that you book in advance. This allows us to coordinate with guests in the other unit, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Since both spaces are shared, we also ask that you knock before entering the doors or gate. Thank you for your understanding!

✔ Spring (March–May): Explore mild-weather hikes, visit nearby vineyards for wine tasting, or join local spring events like the Arizona Wine Country Artists Village Festival in early March — a vibrant art and craft festival in Old Town Cottonwood. There’s also the Annual Easter Eggstravaganza in April and, later in May, the Verde Valley Wine Festival featuring local wineries, food, and live music.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
