The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The house is nestled in the tranquil and friendly residential neighborhood of Cottonwood, AZ.

Located in the 'heart' of Arizona and the heart of wine country, Cottonwood is ideally situated above the heat of the desert and below the cooler temperatures of Arizona’s high country. Surrounded by the red rocks of Sedona to the northeast and Mingus Mountain to the southwest, its lower elevation makes it a perfect spot for your next Arizona adventure.

This prime location offers a perfect getaway that allows quick access to top restaurants, shops, attractions, and landmarks. Golfers will love that the open golf course is just across the street.

Here are some places of interest you'll be looking to visit during your stay:

✔ Old Town Cottonwood (1 min away)
✔ Dead Horse Ranch State Park (9 mins away)
✔ Tuzigoot National Monument (10 mins away)
✔ Jerome (15 mins away)
✔ West Sedona (25 mins away)
✔ Grand Canyon (2.5 hours away)

***Distance times are calculated if traveling by car.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking spots. We recommend that you have a car at your disposal as it will allow you to easily explore many natural beauties around Cottonwood.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
