I would highly recommend this home! It has everything you would need. It’s extremely peaceful, even with our 2 small dogs. They were quick in responding to any questions we had. My family and I loved Cottonwood. It has so much to offer.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Great place to celebrate my birthday with my family. And not too far from Sedona and Jerome to do sight seeing and shopping!
We had a wonderful stay here with another family and our kids (ages 8–12). The home is modern, clean, and very spacious—perfect for groups, with most bedrooms having their own bathrooms so everyone could enjoy their own space while kids and adults had separate areas to relax. The location is quiet and convenient, close to many trails and activities around Cottonwood and Sedona. The house was well stocked, communication with the host was easy and very responsive, and they kindly allowed us an early check-in which helped a lot with planning the rest of our day in town. The pool was closed during our stay but the hot tub was open and looked well maintained. We would definitely recommend this place!
