The casita and the “main house” are divided by a laundry room. There is a POOL in the community as well!

The casita has private access, a private yard, and no crossover inside the house.
 
*The laundry room is the dividing space between the two rentals and it will be shared. This is the only shared space. There is a lock on each door to the laundry room for privacy and safety.
