Our condo is 1073 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a patio to relax on.
We are able to accommodate 4 guests.
*Master Bedroom 1 + Workspace + Bathroom : You’ll feel like you are in an upscale beach resort in this room.
There’s a king-size bed that lies in the center of a stunning custom-built wall panel. There’s a workspace desk and comfortable chair, perfect for your work-from-home needs with high-speed WiFi. A smart TV with cable is in this bedroom. In this room, there is a custom-built sliding closet wall with lights and plenty of storage.
The ensuite bathroom features a sink area, toilet, and walk-in shower complete with all your needs. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
*Bedroom 2 + Bathroom : A queen-size bed lies in the center of this fun and colorful bedroom room. The bathroom en suite includes a bath/shower, sink area, and toilet. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided.
Bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.
Bathrooms are complete with 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest.
For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided.
*Living Room :
Spacious, comfortable, and luxe, you have plenty of room to relax with your group in the living room. Enjoy watching the cable or smart TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal login. You can also have fun playing classic games such as cards, rummikub, uno, and others!
*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.
Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or a french press.
*Patio : Enjoy your morning coffee and kick back on the outdoor patio couch.
*Pool, Gym, Hot Tub & Tennis Court: Just steps away from the pool, you'll have access to the condo's shared heated pool, gym, hot tub area, and an exclusive tennis court. The hours are 7AM to 10PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised.
*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

Will never rent from them again. Ad on Airbnb stated 2 king beds and 2 TVs with Roku sticks, snack basket. Upon arrival, we noticed that one bed was a queen/full and there was not a TV in the room. TVs were not Roku. When we reached out, Marissa implied "we were confused". We sent pictures of the ad on Airbnb and she stated, "Oh, I'll fix that right away". No offer of compensation/anything for the false advertisement. She quickly changed the ad. We rented this place for the 2 KING BEDS/TV in EACH room. Upon arrival, there was a very large dead roach in the king bedroom, a very large live roach in the shower of the same room. In the smaller room, a dead roach and dust under the bed. (We took photos} The bath towels were thread bare, and pool towels were child sized. The instruction guide mandated that shoes are not worn in the house. (Sorry, roaches/dusty dirty floors = I'm wearing my shoes.) Needed a college course on the dishwasher. This couple owns several Airbnb, do your homework.

Marissa and Jason’s place was so nice! It was perfectly clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location was convenient and the setting was peaceful. Their communication was quick and thorough. We would definitely stay again!
