Our home is just about 1000 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + a patio to relax on.

We are able to accommodate 4 guests.

*Master Bedroom 1: There’s a king-size bed that lies in the center of this boho-style room and wake up to the beautiful views of the desert surroundings as you can see it from your window. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night's sleep.

*Bedroom 2 : Sleep like royalty in the 2nd bedroom which offers a comfortable, lux queen-size bed. To ensure a peaceful sleep, aroma therapy is also provided if you choose to use it.

All bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.

The bathroom includes a bath/shower, sink area, and toilet. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. We also provide 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided.

*Living Room :
Spacious & comfortable you have plenty of room to relax with your group in the living room. Enjoy watching the cable or smart TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal login. You can also have fun playing classic games such as cards, rummikub, uno, and others!

*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or a French press.

✔ Winter (December–February): Winter reveals a quieter, peaceful Sedona, with occasional snow dusting the red rocks — a magical desert experience. Winter also offers off-season rates, making this the ideal time for a budget-friendly, unforgettable getaway.

*Outdoor area : On the deck, you will find a beautiful, brand new 4 person hot tub. Star gaze or relax after a day of hiking in your private outdoor oasis. The back area is fenced so it’s perfect for your animal to head back and find relief.

*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you to leave it this way. Thank you!

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.

Located in the heart of Uptown, just around the block from 89A where all the Sedona attractions are. Easily walkable onto the main street where you'll find shops, resturants, Pink Jeep Tour, etc. while also being able to access trail heads.

While staying in Sedona, we recommend having a car although this home is in the heart of Uptown making getting around by foot a breeze!

Our area is quiet with a few full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.

There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the condo.

We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
